Hi,

My H1B petition is about to expire 2 months and my employer is in process of preparing documentation for extension. In this regard I have few queries, request to kindly respon:

 

1. I heard there is no premium processing of H1B now. Is this true?

2. Once my petition is expired and extension is filed in regular processing, can I still stay in US under 240 day grace period?

3. During that 240 day grace period, can I travel to my home country?

4. If I travel to my home country, I can enter US only when my petition is approved by USICS and get it stamped in my home country. Please confirm.
