victvj Posted September 12, 2018 Report Share Posted September 12, 2018 Hello , I have a approved I-765 with travel document and my I-485 is ready to be scheduled for interview (my wife who is a USC has filed my GC). Right now i am a student under F1 status. Need an expert advice or suggestion if i would still have to maintain my F1 status even after having a valid work permit/approved travel document and a case where it is ready to be scheduled for interview for GC.
