Suramya Munshi Posted September 11, 2018 Report Share Posted September 11, 2018 I worked at a 3rd party client site for 60 days (across 4 months) unknowingly without amending my LCA. I stopped upon realizing and had my LCA/H1B amended to include that location before resuming travel. Now I am going to get my H1-B stamped for the first time, and am faced with the question "Have you violated the terms of a US visa?" Do I mention this or not? Link to comment
