aseel
Hi, I have to travel for a personal reason from Nov 2, 2018 to Nov 25, 2018. My visa/i94 expires by Dec 31,2018. On my return at POE, will there be any issue in this current political situation? My employer will file extension as soon as i arrive. LCA is already certified for next extension. Link to comment
care_candidate
No problem particularly. However you should carry all the documents that you are applying for extension. Link to comment
Ken7
Don't think the political environment should affect this. I've in the distant past entered with 4 days left on the visa/I-94. If asked by the immigration officer, just mention that the visa extension is being filed on your return. Link to comment
aseel
I have client letter, manager letter, itinerary letter for next extension. Do I need to carry anything else?? Link to comment
