Vo: Do you work at employer location Me: No Vo: can i see the client letter Vo: it does not same employer name I see a different company name Me: yes its a vendor Vo: can you give that letter? Me: given the implementation vendor Vo: it does say another vendor Me: yes its a EVC model given the vendor letter Vo: he went to his boss to check Came back after 2-3min of discussion Vo: can you give all your employer documnetation Me: gave i129 and etc Vo: what college did you studied? Me:ans Vo: wrote something in the computer took a while Vo: gave me a administrative processing(Green slip) & returned passport Me: may i know how long does it take Vo: Couldn't tell you the ETA Its been a week i haven't heard back from then and the case status doesn't change. I wrote an email to consulate but received a standard email case is under review and will contact you once we come conclusion. Is any one in recent times faced this situation? They usually contact the client for verification in these cases. Check with your client manager if they received a call/email. It usually takes 2 weeks after the client verification for a response.
