H1B Amendment

I am on H1B, I have a quick question on H1B amendment

I moved to end client recently, Do i have to file an amendment? If yes How much time i have to file an amendment?

My H1B is going to expire on sep,2019. If i file extension in march 2019 without doing amendment will there be an impact?

My previous structure was employer-->Vendor1-->companyA (implementing partner for end client)

current structure is employer-->Vendor2-->end client and work location is same like before but while filing my H1 we mentioned company A as client and doing project for end client. 

Any advise would be much appreciated.

I  would recommend, file an amendment. Please double check with your company immigration attorney.
