Prime vendor is not providing me the SOW/MSA/PO/Work Order

Hi All,

I am working in EVVC model.  

I have got an RFE asking to submit PO/MSA from all the parties involved. But prime vendor is not providing me the SOW/MSA/PO/Work Order between them and end client. Do I have any other alternative options.

why would prime vendor provide SOW and MSA to you?  They would provide to your employer if they ask for that.  Your employer will deal with vendors and get required documentation, you don't have to involve in this process, unless RFE asked for your personal documents such as tax filings, pay checks, education docs.. etc..
