I-765 form filling for H4 Ead

Hi, my spouse has his i-140 approved so i'm applying my H4 Ead and to fill the form i have a doubt.

Can i download a blank form and write in all my details with a blank ink and then take a prinout of the filled form and submit to USCIS ?

      OR

Do i have to type in all the details in the form first only and then take the print out and send ?  IF THIS IS RIGHT, I HAVE A SMALL PROBLEM. In the column where My father name has to be filled one alphabet is missing from his name so can i type in all the other details in the form and take a print out and then with a blank ink pen can i write that one alphabet that is missing.
