EB2 TO EB1C Filed

Hi,

I applied GC on EB2 in 2011 and my I-140 Approved in 2012.

Last month I applied to move to EB1 ( Multi national manager) and filed for I-140, I-485 and I-765  concurrently for all of my family members. I requested to consider my EB2 priority date which is in May 2011. I got receipts for I-485 and I-765. I didn't get receipt for I-140 as of now.

Can some one suggest how long it will take to get my I-140 approved and I-485 approval.  Shall I get receipt for I-140 .
