wrong date on approved I-140

Hi guys ,

I had approved i-140 from employer A with priority date 11-3-2008. I switched the company and filed new I-140 to port old date With  employer A . They approved it but put wrong priority date of 11-3-2018 which is not even here yet. We have filed a online inquiry and sent them a letter as well and nothing yet . We called them and asked about it and they said it would take 60 days for this to get resolve which is also gone and nothing yet . Any suggestion what to do about that

What is the PD of the petition with A ?

The attorneys should be on this, not you.  I'd defer to their counsel/recommendations on the best way forward.
