Provence
Cousin fills out the online ds160 and interviews to find out. You do nothing, simple as that. Link to comment
JoeF
First, there is no sponsoring for visitor visas. You can pay for their trip, but that's not sponsoring. Second, bank balances don't mean anything. Everybody knows that money can be moved in and out of an account in seconds. The applicants have to convince the officer that they will return to their home country. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Just stay away from the process. I am sure your cousin has enough savvy to apply and get the visa. PLEASE do not suggest any answers to him. Spontaneity gets visas should be the watchword along with brevity. The Officers at least in theory make up their mind based on your perceived credibility in a couple of minutes with no recourse to documents. One is never asked DIRECTLY to convince the officer that they will return. The Officer decides that based on the the applicants answers in 2 minutes. Link to comment
visatraveller999
Thanks for your reply and Agreed. My Question is a person 30 years of Age has a Family at India and Employed who wants to visit USA on Tourist visa is tough or easy deal from USCIS Perspective and as per their policies. Thanks Again Traveller Link to comment
pontevecchio
Eye contact, a smile and a coherent reason for the visit will result in a visa. One question is why the entire family is not visiting? Link to comment
Provence
USCIS has nothing to do with tourist visas. As mentioned above.. your cousin applies, has truthful responses to a free-wheeling interview, and finds out. Link to comment
