H4 Valid till 09/2020 and this is 2nd time visa in India. Its been one month the passport sent to Embassy and still see AP as status. 08/06/2018 - Passport submitted to OFC location 08/07/2018 - Passport sent to Embassy 08/07/2018 - Case Created 08/07/2018 - Case Last Updated as Administrative Processing Does any one know how long will it takes for Decision on her Case. That is too long. You can just follow up once at the same location where your spouse submitted the documents. Link to comment
