H1B Interview Consulate Location

At the time of filing H1B petition i was staying in Delhi and had provided the consulate as New Delhi. My petition got approved recently and in the notice it is mentioned that the consulate mentioned in the letter has been notified about the approval. But i moved to Hyderabad in May. Which consulate should i select in the DS-160? Which consulate should i take the interview appointment in ?

You can choose your nearest consulate i.e, HYDERABAD in DS-160 and make the payment & take the appointment.

Approval notice says "The above petition has been approved and notification has been sent to the listed consulate". The consulate mentioned in the approval notice is New Delhi.

It is also mentioned "If circumstances change, the petitioner can file I-824 to havevus notify another consulate of this approval"

Since i work and stay in Hyderabad, should i schedule interview in Hyderabad or New Delhi or should i file I-824?

You can go anywhere. Even my consulate mentioned "hyderabad' in i797 for 2015 but went to canada.
