My HR asked me to leave the Firm in 15days.

Hi Was as full time employee in XXXX company and my project got over and HR sent me a email saying 13th is your last day with us. In this situations what I have to do ? 

1) In how many days they will revoke my H1B

2)Is it better to find a new employer and start my H1 transfer process.

Please let me know What is the best approach now in this situation.

The H1 will be revoked at your last day. The company is required by law to do that.

The company also has to pay for your trip back home if you wish to go.

You have a 60 day grace period. Find a new job within the grace period if you want to stay.

What if the job search is successful on 40th day , there will be no pay stubs for atleast previous 40days - how will the h1b transfer be considered by uscis ?

Grace period implies no stubs since one will be unemployed. Providing stubs in such cases will result in immediate denial.

There is a 60 day grace period, meaning there are no problems if you find a new job within the grace period.
