H4 EAD

Hi Team,

I was looking to file H4 EAD for my spouse and when I was filling I765, I came across two below queries. Appreciate you assistance on below queries.

Question 27: Eligibility Category - Under this should i use C26 or C36 ? I am filing H4 EAD for my spouse for the first time and I am on H1B with approved I140.  

Place of Your Last Arrival Into the United States: For this, should it be the port of Entry or the airport  where we landed in U.S. The reason for the question is my wife came to U.S. through Abu Dhabi , Washington DC and had her CBP inspection done at Abu Dhabi. I94 shows Abu Dhabi as POE, so what should i write in this form Abu Dhabi or Washington DC ?
