Should I applied L1B blanket after 3-6 months or should I apply L1B or L1A individual. My experience in last 2 interviews 1st interview. Before start I just want to tell about my self I have been working as Manager from last 9 months.I have 11 year s of experience. My first interview with consulate Greets What is your designation Manager How many directs reports do you have ? 10 How many indirect reports do you have? 0 To whom will you report Vice-president What would be your role in US I explained it. What would be your salary in Us I told What is your highest qualification btech She give me blue slip Second interview What is your designation I told same as before What does your organisation do? I explained You have been rejected few months before and that decision is final He give me blue slip. Should I applied L1B blanket after 3-6 months or should I apply L1B or L1A individual.
