Shravanin16 Posted August 30, 2018 Report Share Posted August 30, 2018 Family based Green card process (F2A): Priority date: Apr 2016, I-130 is approved, applied for I-485 (I-765 & I-131) in Oct 2017, fingerprints were collected in Nov 2017. From then there is no update! Reached out to congressmen, USCIS has my file under "Early filers" for some reason. Even with expedited request from Congressman's office my file is not moving forward for more than a 2 months, I need my EAD and travel docs!! So my question is, as my initial I-485 is stuck in early filers, can I file new I-485 +I-765 & I-131 the complete package? Link to comment
