Can I change Employer once I have EAD through EB1 category.

Hi,

Here is the scenario:

I am on O1 visa currently and my company is filing for Green Card in EB1 category. Lets say I get the I-140 approved and get the EAD card as the Green card date is not current in EB1 category.

2 Questions:

1. Once I get the EAD card , will my O1 visa status go away.

2 After getting EAD card can I change Employer on EAD card basis or will I have to transfer O-1 visa to the new Employer  or  I have to apply I-140 again with the new Employer
