H1B rejected Continuining education for 11th grade son in USA

Hi ,

 My friends H1B got rejected and his son is in 11th grade and since schools in India already started 2 months back getting admission in schools will be very difficult. He is ready to leave his sons in USA if there is any visa for 11th grade students available.He is going to school in NY from 9th grade .

Please suggest.

F1 Visa allows school students, but in very limited cases. They will have to pay the school district full cost of education. The process will be very difficult. It will be much better to simply move back to India. Many schools do accept transfer students in the middle of the academic year. It is unfortunate.
