EB1C for multinational manager experience with same employer but not in last years

I have a question regarding GC filling under EB1 category. I have total 15 experience.

I have worked with company 'A' for around 4 years (from Jul 2009 – Jul 2013) in middle east as manager and then joined another company B and worked for that company B for 4 years (Jul 2013 – Jul 2017) in middle east.

Then, I again joined Company A directly in U.S (H1B visa) from middle east in Jul 2017 and now continuing my job as manager with same Company A till today. So I worked for Company A in middle east as well as in U.S as manager, but my middle east experience with Company A is not in last three years.

I would like to know whether I am eligible for EB1C category. I am looking for expert advice before I proceed with this green card process.
