Question regarding Non-Complete with Employer

Hi,

I have a quick question regarding the non-complete contract with I have signed with my employer. 

I used to work under EVC model. My end client has offered me FT role. Middle Vendor and my employer have signed the contract and it's clearly mentioned that I can join the client. Now my employer is giving me hard to provide me the release letter. My employer is saying send the proof that I have joined the end client. so what should I do in this case?

If 'release letter' is important to you, send the proof otherwise don't. Show the agreement to a lawyer.

Be fair this time. You signed Non-Compete contract when you needed job now you want to ditch them for the same reason they signed non-compete contract. Why should employer trust employee like you. So unfair in your part. Find another job man.

This is not about fairness . Show the contract to a Labor Lawyer in your state to see whether it is enforceable.
