H4 EAD Pending - Spouse changing employer

Hello All,

I sent my H4 EAD documents last month and still waiting for any decision. Now my spouse got another offer and planning to transfer the H1B to the new organization. I am not sure if I can apply again for H4 EAD with the H1 transfer which would be in premium. What should I do in this situation?
