H4 travel when transfer is still in progress

Hi, 

Employer A visa is valid till April 2019, Joined employer B and transfer is still under processing. My wife she is on H4 went to India and she is coming back in Sept 2018 and she has valid visa from employer A. When she comes in September any issues with port of entry as I am working with employer B and transfer is still in progress? if no issues what are the documents she needs to carry to show in POE.

No issues. All supporting docs including employer B docs if you are working with them.
