F1 visa to B1/B2 Visa

Hi am in USA with F1 Visa.

Can I change it to B1/B2 Visitor Visa staying in USA as I want to deffer my admission for next intake?

If yes what is they process?

If no what is the best possible solution to stay back in USA legally?

That would be no. 

If not studying, you're not in F1 status. Best bet is to exit the US and return to your home country; if you insist on returning to the US, enter with the appropriate visa for the purpose.
