I plan to switch to H4/H4 EAd concurrent filing without any premium processing . To minimize lapse in employment , what should I keep as the start date for H-4 application and EAD . Can someone please advise ? Date does not matter. File as soon as you can. H-4 and H-4 EAD applications might take 3 to 4 months for approval. Link to comment
