DhineshKumar Posted August 16, 2018 Report Share Posted August 16, 2018 Hi All, I am on my 7th year of H1B, and my 8th year of extension is approved considering my PERM is in process (BALCA). Now i see the PERM was rejected on mid of june 2018and the new perm was applied and it is in progress (waiting for status). Does this 8th year visa will get rejected now, as it is associated with the BALCA perm. and does i considered as illegal immigrant since mid of june till now? Link to comment
