H1 Transfer denied and later new petition approved in counselor processing

hi,

i have visa and i94 till Oct 2018 with Employer A and joined employer B on receipt (Big Mistake).

On June 1st H1B Transfer Denied and June 4th same employer filled new petition in counselor processing (i797B) and approved on Aug 13.

what are my options ?

1) can i cross the Maxico  border (Laredo TX) and get renewed i94 ? since i have valid visa till Oct 2018 with previous employer.

2) Do i have to go for stamping in Maxico or Home Country and come back ?

which is safe and best options. Please help !
