jsuhas89 Posted August 14, 2018 Report Share Posted August 14, 2018 My H-1B visa is approved and will be effective Oct 1st 2018. I'm currently on "cap-gap". I work for a consulting firm and I need to travel to multiple client locations for my work. My company will initiate an LCA/H-1B amendment for adding the 2 client locations in September. I will be visiting India in October last week and plan to get my VISA stamping done in Nov 1st week. If my LCA/H-1B amendment is in "pending" status, will that affect my VISA stamping or will there be any issues at the POE? Link to comment
