Prag Posted August 14, 2018 Report Share Posted August 14, 2018 I have come India alone for visiting india and I had h4 stamping .Me and my husband had stamping on passport till September 2017 .and approved petition till 2019 . I drop box my passport and got 221 (g) stating that need stamped spouse visa copy but my husband did not have it as he is in USA and his visa is stamped till 2017 with approved petition. how can I travel back to USA with out my husband stamped visa but approved petition. Is ther any other way to prove it that he is in USA Link to comment
