Prem Process started last, year and Visa got denied, I don’t have valid I-797 will my process will be taken to I-140. As result I have moved out of US to Canada for same company.

You need to explain your problem in little more detail.

Is your H1b got denied or extension of H1b after 3 years?

Have you completed part of your active H1b and then moved out of US?

Are you with same company working from Canada? If so, that is complicated enough as there are two countries to be involved now. Anyway, if you want to work in US, you will need H1b.

FYI: One can extend H1b only when

1. They already have active H1b and some period remaining out of total six years

OR

2. PERM and I-140 and approved and waiting for PD to become current for you.
