Withdrew H1b Extension after I94 expired

Hi Sir,

My I94 expired on 31-March-2018. I have already filed for extension last year 28-Nov-2018. My case is still under pending status. I have some below queries
1> Can I fly back and withdraw the H1b extension now.
2> If I withdraw my application and since I already stayed in US for 4 months per the receipt number will it have any impact on my profile(future visa applications)
3> When is the likelihood of NTA rule getting applied?
4> Can I fly back and withdraw my application from India if NTA rule is applied and visa status is still in progress? Or will it have any impact on me

There is no need to withdraw anything. If you want to leave, the NTA is not operable if you are not in the country.
