shejay
I am a US citizen and would like to apply for my a green card for my mother (via form I-130) while she is currently in the US on a tourist visa B1/B2. Will this cause any issues and result in a denial because it's an AOS from a non-immigrant status to an immigrant status? Link to comment
pontevecchio
Is there any reason why you are not considering Consular Processing which will take about 9 months from now If you want to file while she is here, let a law firm guide you in the process. Link to comment

She should apply via Consular Processing as noted above. Link to comment
