DS 160 consulate issue

Hi 

Recently I filled my DS160  and submitted it to the Ottawa consulate for my H1B stamping. But now I see no appointments available at that consulate. So I am planning to got to Vancouver or Montreal.  Can you please let me know 

If I can use the same DS 160 and schedule an appointment at a Vancover/ Montreal  or 

Do I need to create a new DS 160 and schedule an appointment at the counslate where I will be attending the visa. Please advice.

Select New Location, Fill up a new DS-160 to be safe.
