Extension to base approved LCA

Hi,

I got my LCA approved till 31-DEC-18 which was filled by my US Company on behalf off my India Company. I stamped as well my H1B in November-17 but still not traveled to US. However, due to material change with respect to CTC and my role in project amendment got filed by US Company on behalf of my India Company and this amendment application was denied by USCIS. In this case I have below queries.

1. Is still my base LCA/H1B is valid till 31-DEC-2018 ?

2. Does this amendment denied will impact my base LCA/H1B ?

3. Can my organization still file new amendment or extension ?

4. Is their any way for extension within due date ?

5. Is their any way for extension after expires ?
