ManishD
For traffic tickets (citations), I am wondering whether we answer Yes to Question 23? What do we do for Questions 24 and 25 (that talk about crimes and offenses)? 23) Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including any immigration official or any official of the U.S. armed forces) for any reason? 24) Have you EVER been charged with committing, attempting to commit, or assisting in committing a crime or offense? 25) Have you EVER been convicted of a crime or offense? Thanks for your help. Link to comment
Univemp
It's pretty straighforward: If you have traffic citations, you should say Yes to Q23. Q24 and 25 pertain to other punishable crimes. Link to comment

kh_aaryan3
I just said Yes to question 23. In my interview they asked and I explained traffic tickets and were paid off. Went smooth and they know it- its common. In details section I also mentioned approximate dates and explained tickets were paid off Link to comment
