We received a letter from the National Visa Center that there is no Visa no. available and they have stopped processing until a visa no. becomes available. My question is can I apply a I485 with EAD and Travel Parole for her. Thanks Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted August 4, 2018 Report Share Posted August 4, 2018 If her PD is current, she can certainly apply for AOS/EAD. If she is in F1 status now, you should involve a lawyer to file the relevant papers. Link to comment
