chinks
Hi, I and my husband are on H1b. We are planning to go to Canada this year. I am planning to go for stamping but my husband doesn't want to go for stamping so is there any way he can come back to US within 30 days without stamping? Thanks in advance, Link to comment
02112018
If your husband has a valid h1 stamping in his passport he can come back. If he does not have stamping, have to get it from CANADA. Link to comment

pontevecchio
When does his H1 I94 end? He can use AVR as suggested above and that means retaining the I94 and using that to return. But the duration of the visit cannot be more than 30 days and obviously you guys need a visa to enter Canada. Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
When he doesnot want to go for visa stamping why leave USA to Canada in first place. Why take the risk of coming back without stamping? Link to comment
