I 797 extension approved but no i94 card

Hi - I am working for American company, my extension was filed in premium and extension got approved but when I received the original copy of 797 there is no I-94 card attached to it. What is my next step, in what scanerio it will happen. My extension is approved till 2021, my current I 94 is validity till oct 2018 what to do in this scanerio. Please suggest.
