Can H1B holder start LLC with USC as partner ?

Hello there, i am on H1-B with Approved I-140 and planning to start a business, prior to that want to create LLC with a US Citizen as other partner. and i am not going to work on that business, i will continue my  work on H1B only. 

H1B share will be 49% on the business and USC share will be 51%. 

Any complications in future on H1B renewal/ at time of 485 file and  if we take Business /commercial loans also any issues ?  

What options we have to get profit end of the year.. Please help me on the process. Thanks
