H1B Transfer regular processing: Question

Hi, I would like to know about the case series. My case series is WAC1812****74 and I can see the approval on all case with same series till WAC1812****64. Mine is transfer case in Regular processing filed in March 2018. As I am nearest to the approval series, does this mean my case will pick soon (within this week). Please suggest if my assumption is correct or please let me know as I am waiting my case from long time. Thanks

I don't think USCIS will choose petitions to approve/deny per case series.  It's a waiting game. Nothing can be done. Even premium process is also still suspended.
