H1B stamping with 2 approved i-797

I am currently working full time  with Employer A.  Current petition valid till Oct-2020. Now I got another offer from Employer B am I am also planning to travel India in September.  Employer B wants me to join ASAP. So, I have below question.

1. Should I wait for H1B transfer to Employer B until I come back from India vacation?

2. If i get H1B Transfer approved with Employer B before travel, but I go for H1B Stamping Employer A  i-797. 

 a).  Will be there be any issue during Visa interview with 2 approved petition?

  b). I-94 on new Employer B  i-797 will be old and different than I-94 issued while making entry in US after India trip. WIll there be issue with different I-94?

2. If the start date is before your travel then you need to use employer B petition.
