H1b transfer CSC

As part of H1B transfer i got below info https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant this website on July 20, but my empolyer not received any info and saying scam email, but other site https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do case was received. Can we trust this info ?
