H1 to H4 EAD

Hello,

have valid H1 till September 2018..applied for H4/EAD due to some issues recently.

now landed up with a offer in bay area. 

Can I work? How long?

can my present employer revert H1/cancel H4 ead before approval.?

or can my present employer extend my H1 during this process(before/after H4 -EAD)?

Any legality comes into picture here etc?

You can work till September 2018 until your COS to H-4 is approved. Once it is approved you need to wait till you get H-4 EAD and then continue your employment.
