So H1-B process taking care my consultant. My question is if I change the consultant at this time is there any effect to my H1-b process. If company offer me Full time at this time , Can I jump into that company. Please advise your reply will be very helpful to me. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
JoeF Posted July 26, 2018 Report Share Posted July 26, 2018 You can only transfer the H1 once you have started working for the original H1 employer. And a pending H1 can never be transferred, anyway. If you quit the job, the H1 is gone. Link to comment

At that time do I need to submit anything in my university. As I said, you have to start working for the original employer. That means from Oct. 1 on. Only when you have started working for the original employer, then you can transfer to another employer. At that point, you would not be on F1/OPT anymore, so that is irrelevant. Link to comment
