H1B extension got rejected and i-94 expiring on aug20

Hi,

My H1B extension has been rejected and I-94 expiring on 20 Aug,2018. 

Reason for rejected mentioned: Specialty occupation not proper, but i have done Bachelor's in Information Technology and been working in IT industry for 8years.

Kindly let me know if there are any alternatives.

Can you give more details on it like are you working full time to the client or are you working on a EVC model?

Speciality occupation now a days more towards the job title vs the roles and responsibilites.

they are doing some check on the job title and finding out that, this job title doesnt need bachelors degree or equivalent experience. which means this role not qualified for speciality occupation h1. 

please let me know if it is the same in your case? whats the job title in your LCA ?

I am working as a contractor to a client A. Trying to move to other employer and file H1B-extension again.

Kindly suggest if i can go with premium processing or with the regular processing.

the job title in LCA is: Data Quality Engineer.

I'm working as a contract employee for client A and my contract is about to expire in 1 week. 

So, I would like to know if I can file my extension with a new employer under regular processing(so that I can work until i get decision from USCIS).

Kindly let me know if working under regular processing even after I-94 expired date is legal.
