rammr100
Hi Team, My last working day with ex-employer was in April 2018. I have acquired US Permanent Resident (Green Card) through them. While I was with ex-employer, I had H1B extension approved petition. Below are the USCIS receipt numbers and the respective until 7/19/18. EACXXXXXX2083 H1B extension approval notice approved on 3/22/2016 EACXXXXXX1826 H1B amendment State 1 approval notice approved on 2/28/2017 EACXXXXXX1927 H1B amendment State 2 approval notice approved on 2/28/2017 On July 20th, I got an email alert from USCIS as given below for all my 3 USCIS receipt numbers. " Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It On July 20, 2018, we received your correspondence for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EACXXXXXX1927. We are reviewing your correspondence, and will mail you a notice if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. " Could you please let me know what kind of request was sent by ex-employer to USCIS on my existing H1B extension petitions? Please also note that I have already reached out to my ex-employer but wanted to get your inputs on your experiences of such scenarios. Kindly provide your response. Thanks & Regards Link to comment
pontevecchio
Once you have the green card, you should move on. None of the alleged requests etc. are valid any more. Link to comment
