Visitor Visa short stay and come back in 1 month

Hi.

My mother will be visiting US soon. Below is the schedule

1. Mom comes to US and stays for 2 months and goes back to India.

2. After a month she is planning to come back to US again for 6 months.

 

Please let me know if there would be issues for this trip plan. Is there any specific time gap that needs to be maintained for consecutive visits for visitor Visa holders?

Could be misuse/abuse of the b2 visa, something funny going on with long US stays.
