Raakesh Posted July 21, 2018 Report Share Posted July 21, 2018 Hi , I was in India from Aug -2017 to Jun -2018 and I had my extension approved which was initiated in US in June -2017. Extension Validity is till Aug-2020 for client A same employer. I had my amendment initiated in Feb-2018 while in India for client B same employer and had visa stamping using the existing extension petition . I travelled to US for client B in June -2018 and got i94 validity till Aug-2020. My amendment was approved till Feb-2019 only. Please let me know if i need to start extension for Client B as amendment is approved till Feb-2019 or I can stay till i94 validity without doing extension. Also , my amendment had I797B instead of I797A. In short : Extension Client A validity till Aug-2020 Amendment Client B validity till Feb-2019 Visa and I94 till - Aug-2019. Link to comment
