Davis Jose
I am working for a company "A" and I got laid off a week ago. As part of the severance package Company A will run my payroll for next two months and they will not revoke my H1B. Also my H1B transfer to company A is still going on , it is in in-process state for the last 10 months. So based on the severance package I will get one more month salary and then only they revoke the H1B. Mean while I have got a job in Company B and they did premium processing and it got Approved.I am planning to join in Company B by next week. My questions are, 1. Do we need to inform company A about my new job? 2. Let's say USCIS rejected Company A H1B transfer. In that case will it impact Company B's Approve H1B visa? Link to comment
NotAnAttorney
1. It depends on the severance package conditions that company A have in place. 2. It will not. Link to comment
