We have got our COPR in Canada and are planning to enter Canada for the first time by Aug 1st week with family. I am a H1B holder and will send my family back to US on the next day after doing the landing procedure. I will be returning back to US after 20 days stay in Canada.

I have an approved I797 until 2020 but the stamped visa on my passport has expired.

In this case:

1) Will my family be able to use Automatic Revalidation Visa to reenter US for a 1 day travel to Canada.

2) Will I have any problem reentering after 20 days using the same Automatic Revalidation Visa from Canada into US.
